  When Crostini first opened, my wife and I went there to try it out simply because we didn't like any of the pizza competition in the area. I ordered a plain pie, bit into it and thought I died and found myself in pizza heaven!
  We became a steady 'take-out' customer. I say that because we have kids at home and they have different schedules so it's easier for all of us to eat when we can.
  Recently, my wife and I decided to go there and eat... just the 2 of us. We sat in the dining area, ordered a nice bottle of Merlot and our meals.
  I had the clams casino and found them to be overexposed to say the least. I did eat them and I did not get sick but as I ate them my eyes started looking around my surroundings and I told my wife I won't be ordering from Crostini's anymore. The place was filthy from the floor up.
  Just once a week, a good cleaning is all it takes to make the place stand out! Just a fast mop up every day doesn't cut it.
